Home-made meals, locally sourced (where possible), seasonal meals. For one, two or more portions. Meals are frozen in compostable cartons made from plants (no plastic), or foil trays. They are oven proof - upto 180 degrees, can be microwaved and all meals have a life of 3 months. All ingredients are listed on the products, allergens are in bold.

The smallest pots are ideal for the elderly or those with a lighter appetite.
